This small, hand built bowl measures 5.5x 5.5x 4 The bowl is glazed a lovely blue green with runny drips down the outside. The bottom half of the bowl is unglazed and provides a lovely contrast. The inside is a runny blend of blue and green. Can be used in the kitchen as it is dishwasher and microwave safe. Or use it as a storage vessel.

This bowl is made from stoneware. I build all of my ceramic pieces by hand and do not use a wheel. This will account for the slight imperfections within the piece. Once the piece is finished it is allowed to dry. Then it is fired, glazed with food safe glazes and then fired again at a very high temperature. This ensures that the piece is durable and watertight.
